We believe it's time to treat countries like Ethiopia and Kenya like equal partners. With our FairChain approach, we’ve redesigned the coffee chain to share value equally—so farmers earn a living income, nature is protected and restored, and YOU get to enjoy top-quality specialty coffee.
THE BALANCED ONE
Looking for fairly intense flavor, caramel aromas and balanced bitterness? We've got you. This blend is a combination of three beans from different regions of Uganda. It is medium roasted in Kenya and is known for its high intensity, combined with a light but elegantly bitter aftertaste. A delicious coffee to start your day off right!

Here’s how the value of the coffee is distributed:

MEET THE FARMERS
The current batch of our Triple blend consists of three different beans. The Triple is the result of the hard work of three cooperatives: 65 percent comes from Mt. Ergon AB, 15 percent from Mt. Elgon AA, and 10 percent from Mt. Elgon CPB. The farmers from these three cooperatives work hard to provide us with 100% organic coffee with a cupping score of 82 to 84.
The combination of beans in Dark and Triple is similar, but the different roasting processes make the final blends unique.
MEET THE PROCESSING TEAM
When the farmers deliver the ripe red berries to the washing station, the processing team washes them and puts them on the drying beds.
MEET THE COFFEE ROASTERS
Our Triple Blend is roasted at our FairChain Kenya local roastery in Athi River, outside Nairobi. It currently employee 20 people.
MEET THE PACKAGER
Immediately after the beans have been roasted, they are packed. Our team packs the coffee with nitroflush, so that all the oxygen goes out of the packaging so that the beans arrive fresh in the Netherlands. On each pack there is a PRD date, which is the production date. This way you know exactly when your coffee is roasted!
MEET THE FARMERS
The current batch of our Triple blend consists of three different beans from Uganda. The Triple is the result of the hard work of three different coffee cooperatives operating in the shadow of Mt. Elgon , a volanci region known as much for its extremely fertile soil as for its extreme biodiversity. The farmers of these three coops do an amazing job in providing us with fully organic coffee with a green-coffee cupping score of 82 to 84
MEET THE PROCESSING TEAM
When the farmers deliver the ripe red berries to the washing station, the processing team washes them and puts them on the drying beds.
MEET THE COFFEE ROASTERS
Our Triple is roasted and packaged at our FairChain Roastery in Nairobi, Kenya, guaranteeing that at least 50% of the value of each bag remains in East Africa.
MEET THE PACKAGER
Immediately after being roasted, the beans are 'nitro flushed', a process that removes the oxygen from the packaging to ensure your beans arrive fresh. Each package includes a Product Requirements Document (PRD), specifying the production date so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted.

MEET THE FARMERS
Moyee is in direct contact with more than 658 farmers who grow the cherries of the Single in Limu, Ethiopia. Coffee plants are at an altitude of more than 1,600 meters under the canopy of a natural coffee forest. From November until January, the ripe, red berries are picked by hand and processed at our own washing station.
MEET THE PROCESSING TEAM
Moyee has its own washing station in Limu. During the harvest, the FairChain farmers from the area bring their ripe, red berries here. The berries are washed and, for the best quality, dried slowly on the drying beds. To ensure our quality, the beans are then slowly dried on drying beds.
