Order Processing
● Orders are packed to order and typically processed within 1 - 2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
● Orders placed after 2pm on a business day will begin processing the next working day.
● You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
● Stock is held in the UK and orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
UK Delivery Options & Costs
● Standard UK Delivery: £4.49 — delivered in 1 - 2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours.
● Free UK Delivery: on orders over £35.
● We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). For delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international addresses, please contact us at hello@moyeecoffee.co.uk before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked service is used, a tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once your order has shipped.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
● If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@moyeecoffee.co.uk so we can investigate with our courier.
● If your coffee arrives damaged, please email us photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
● Moyee Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address Details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect or amend an order once it has been dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
